Meet the Founders

Everyday Wellness Collective was built by two people who refused to settle for "good enough" when it comes to workplace wellness.

Eren and Emily first connected while working at Idaho's largest hospital system. Two professionals at the top of their fields, united by an unshakeable belief that workplaces had the power to either drain people or elevate them. They chose elevation.

Together they bring an extensive and diverse foundation of expertise; from lifestyle medicine and public health to corporate wellness strategy, behavior change, health coaching, and community programming. They've spent their careers on the front lines of health, not behind it. Training teams. Coaching leaders. Educating communities. Moving the needle in spaces where it matters most.

The duo founded Everyday Wellness Collective to do what they've always done best, just together, and at greater scale. The combined weight of their experience, passion, and professional excellence is what makes every program, every workshop, every retreat, and every consulting engagement something truly different.

This is more than a business. It's a calling. And they built it for you.

Eren Barker, MS, ATC, CSCS, HC

15+ years of clinical, coaching, and change leadership expertise with advanced certifications to deliver science-backed, high-impact programs that spark real behavior change and organizational transformation.

Eren is a well-being strategist, coach, and speaker who helps people and teams quiet the noise of self-doubt, lead with authentic energy, and perform and live at their best.

With a master’s in applied physiology and kinesiology and a background as an athletic trainer, health coach, strength coach, and change manager, Eren bridges the gap between physical performance and personal well-being. She understands how science, mindset, and behavior intersect as well as how sustainable success starts from the inside out.

Today, as a well-being coach and program leader, she helps individuals and organizations turn data into meaningful action, building cultures rooted in trust, energy, and purpose. Her bright energy is contagious, and her stories are relatable. Eren’s signature keynotes, ‘Everyday Influence’ and ‘Unstuck’, and workshops invite people to rethink what it means to lead, connect, and thrive authentically.

Grounded in science, guided by empathy, and fueled by purpose, Eren’s work empowers others to not just show up, but to show up well.

Emily Gravel-Fletcher, MHS

10+ years of healthcare education, health promotion, and marketing expertise paired with advanced graduate training in health sciences, leadership, and cultural competency to create evidence-based, engaging programs that drive meaningful behavior change and real-world impact.

Emily is a public health strategist, wellness educator, and entrepreneur who helps organizations build healthier cultures from the ground up. Grounded in evidence, driven by equity, and designed for real people in the real world.

With a master's in Public Health and experience spanning community health, direct patient care, and health education, Emily bridges the gap between population-level thinking and the individual human beings behind the data. She has worked across some of the most diverse communities — from students and rural populations to refugee communities — and her time as a care manager gave her an up-close understanding of what whole-person health actually looks like in practice.

Having served as an Adjunct Professor in Boise State's MPH program and a sought-after speaker with hundreds of wellness workshops under her belt, Emily has a gift for translating complex public health science into conversations that connect, inspire, and stick. She also brings a sharp entrepreneurial edge, having founded her own marketing business; giving every Everyday Wellness program both strategic depth and compelling, polished delivery.

Warm, equity-minded, and endlessly passionate about human potential, Emily's work meets people where they are and moves them toward something better.
